Being the only car transport in Australia offering a fully-enclosed service, they required customised website design, booking platform, tracking, and quote system that integrated with their existing systems without losing functionality focused on user experience, as well as re-assessing their brand story and message as an industry market leader.

Our solutions
We provided CEVA with the online commercial payment solution via a fresh website for both B2B and B2C, that would allow CEVA’s customers 24/7/365 access to book and pay securely online.
Furthermore, we integrated with an Application Programming Interface (API) which would allow clients to make vehicle bookings seamlessly through the CEVA website. We know the benefits a considered user experience (UX) can bring to site performance, so to add value to the consumer experience we analysed and designed the journey for users through the site to suit.
